Wire's new laser processing center integrates the company's 20 years
of experience in laser cutting with the latest advancements in laser
technology. The company's newest laser system includes
an automated material handling cell, facilitating greater production
efficiencies. From heavy plate processing (1-inch-thick mild
steel) to intricate detail cutting, the laser's diverse capabilities
make it an excellent alternative to other methods of manufacturing.
Set-up times are kept to a minimum and changes due to print
revisions can be made quickly and easily.
Parts
can be accurately produced in a variety of metals and non-metal
materials, including: steel, stainless, aluminum, titanium,
copper, laminates, carbon fiber, and plastics, to name a few.
